Management Consulting Firm
“Supporting Business Strategy”

As partner to a Qatar based leading GCC management consulting firm, we were briefed to search for 'high potential' Economic experts. Through extensive meetings with all the relevant recruiting managers we gained an in-depth understanding of their business strategy, and how effective recruitment planning could help support their goals for the future.

Through effective networking and proactive search we have established an ongoing talent pool of high potential candidates and have successfully placed a number of them within key areas of their business.

Financial Services
“Global Search for V.P – Marketing”

Dreycott Kayeton was appointed to recruit a new Vice of Marketing & Relationships for an Investment organisation in Bahrain, who would need commercial and marketing experience, as well as a first-hand understanding of the International market for FDI. The pool of potential candidates meeting these criteria was therefore likely to be very small.

This assignment required a full search and selection approach. Due to a fairly lengthy process necessitated by the involvement of a number of different departments, we made sure we kept candidates ‘warm’ by ensuring they were updated on progress. There were 22 applicants for this role and six were long-listed. We were able to provide a good mix of candidates with experience in the Middle East and purely European sector backgrounds and, of the three shortlisted candidates, 60% came from search.

The successful candidate came from search and had both public and private sector background. Following this assignment Dreycott Kayeton was engaged to recruit a Senior Economist and I. T Strategist for the client in Bahrain.

Telecommunications Consultancy
“Multiple vacancies across Saudi Arabia”

A Saudi Arabia based multinational telecommunications firm needed recruitment expertise to support the continuing development of their telecommunications network roll-out in the KSA. Our brief was to recruit 10 telecom professionals and managers globally to fill those critical positions.

Our search methods took us to four different countries using four sourcing methods. The project took six weeks to complete, with a 100% success rate. Since then, we have successfully recruited over 15 individuals into various parts of their group operation.

Not-for-profit Organisation
“Speed of results”

A major leading government agency in the Middle East and Gulf region needed experts and managers for their operation in the UAE. We were briefed to identify candidates with breadth of expertise and experience within a relevant business field in Europe.

Through a targeted search from our UK base, we provided the client with a shortlist of highly-qualified candidates, within 6 weeks of initial briefing. The successful candidates were then flown to the UAE for final approval within a further 10 days.
