Chief Commercial Officer

The Role

• Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive and implement strategic developments of the brand & products through sales strategies across key segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimises a clear path to aggressive growth.
• You will be responsible for keeping a constant service differentiation effort, drive revenue growth and also responsible for implementing smart pricing strategies, strengthening customer experience and delivering high impact marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy across key international markets to ensure that the company identifies and optimises a clear path to aggressive growth.
• Lead proposal and contract negotiation activity on major new business acquisition contracts.
• Participate in the development and refinement of the joint venture strategic plan.
• To identify and develop commercial opportunities to increase revenue for the Company by implementing marketing strategies that enables the Company to grow its revenue base.
• To manage the Commercial budget to meet the Company's strategic and operational business plans.

 The Requirements

• Educated to University degree in Business Administration and an MBA is a bonus.
• Senior executive experience in real estate development (min 12 years) and posses’ outstanding track record.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to establish and manage KPI’s and P&L’s.
• Proven leadership, communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to improve commercial systems, process, budgets, reporting, forecasting and internal control processes.
• Dynamic, hands-on and high performing work ethic.
