We ensure that targeted, well-written advertisements are placed in the most appropriate media to attract responses globally from high calibre candidates who are either browsing or proactively seeking their next career move. As a business, we use targeted specific and effective advertising. Our client's name may or may not be disclosed in the advertisement. Candidates are selected and interviewed against the parameters and requirements dictated by the client brief. An approved shortlist of appropriate candidates is then presented to our client.

Search and Selection are often used in parallel. This combines the effectiveness of advertising with the additional benefit of a highly focused search into a small number of clearly defined, specific target organisations.

A contingent search is initiated upon completion of our initial evaluation and analysis of the engagement opportunity. Compensation for contingent searches is based on the successful placement of a candidate. Before entering into a contingent search, we will evaluate the type of sourcing strategies used by our clients to determine the potential impact of our services on the successful placement of a candidate

The candidates on our database are highly qualified talents and reference checked.
